The December issue of Portland Monthly is on sale everywhere, which means that Joshua Michael Riedel's "The Creek" is getting some much-deserved attention, plus it is now accompanied by a great Jillian Tamaki illustration. Of course, the story is also the first story featured in The Wordstock Ten, where it appears with nine other fine stories.
